Sungale has finalized an IP Radio (also known as ROIP- "radio-over-internet-protocal") function to be included on 2008 models of their Wi-Fi Digital Photo Frame.

IP Radio (Internet Protocal Radio) is a function in which a digital stream is used to transmit real time web-broadcasting stations. A built-in decoder will convert the digital stream into an analogue signal, and play the audio through the DPF's built-in speakers.

The Sungale IP Radio will be connected to Internet wirelessly by Sungale’s digital photo frame, the configuration is processed automatically so there is no need to use a PC.

The Sungale IP Radio has independent web-broadcasting station search function so that you can find your favorite station without using a computer. Tree-style categorization make station selection fast and easy.

With thousands of online radio stations to choose from, this feature is sure to be an exciting feature for fans of IP radio, as well as introduce this exciting new use of the internet to consumers unaccustomed to ROIP.
